The only two "constitutional" Justices

In case you have been watching the “lawfare” ongoing via the very real “Constitutional Crisis” in the form of an “unconstitutional” unelected 3rd branch, and the latest abuse of judicial authority in the dark of night over the weekend, here is the “Supreme Court order” which is more like an anti-American partisan political memo…

The only two “constitutional justices” on our Supreme Court dissented, while the other seven justices, including all three appointed to the bench by Trump, acted to subvert the constitutional powers of the Presidency, increasing the continuing violent threat to all legal US citizens in the process.

Please take the time to read both the memo from the seven “unconstitutional” justices and the dissenting opinion of the two remaining “constitutional” justices.

What every American must grasp here is three critical facts…

1. The unelected branch is currently attempting to run the USA, the Executive Branch and Legislative Branch, as well as all states and all citizens, by unbridled judicial decree.

2. They are entirely untethered from the Constitution and Bill of Rights, or the written and ratified law.

3. Anything the courts can do to a duly elected President, they can do to any and every American citizen, with the full weight and power of the government behind them.

Both a “democracy” and “republic” require a government “of, by, and for the people” for benefit of the legal electors. A government run by any “unelected” body independent of the people and untethered from constitutional requirements, is neither a democracy or republic. It’s a “dictatorship by decree.”

If that little nine-member dictatorship can rule over 535 elected legislators and a duly elected President at will, without any such authority from the people via the Constitution, then our constitutional form of self-governance has already collapsed and what exists now, is not legitimate.

Think about that for a moment!

The Federal Government in its entirety, can only exist as the result of the adoption of the U.S. Constitution, wherein the people grant the separate branches of that government certain specific and limited powers. When those branches act beyond the authority of the people, they no longer have the right to exist at all.

Our Founder’s said it more plainly…

“When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them;”

“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain inalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.--That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, --That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.”
